Bearing Repack Service, when?

How often should you repack and service trailer bearings? Our recommendations; 12-18 months. If you use your trailer often then service, the bearings every 12 months. If you use your trailer only 3 to 4 times a year, you can push that service out to 18 months. Additionally, always check the bearings before and after every trip. Gas Generators

How often should you service your GAS Generator? Generally, every year or every 150 hours whichever comes first. What's included in a GAS Gen Service? Change engine oil and filter, change fuel filter and air filter. Apx cost: $365 +/- . Diesel Gen Svc $525 +/- (Not all items may be required depending on the make and model of the genset). Meanwhile, here are some good maintenance tips: Visually inspect your generator every 10 operating hours. Test your generator once a month if it hasn't been used.

Increased Capacity

McBride’s RV has increased the capacity to perform collision repairs. In addition to, some of our employees that shelter in place during the pandemic have returned.This means that leads time for appointments will be greatly reduced. We are looking forward to providing this service to the RV community.

If you wish to obtain a Paint and Body Estimate without leaving your coach for repair there will be a $300 estimate fee. This fee can be used a credit if repairs are performed by McBride's RV.

Winnebago Roof Replacements

This winter we have seen more rain and wind than ever before. And it seems like Winnebago RVs that are 10 years old and older have been suffering from roof issues. In high winds some roofs have blown off and broken away from the coach. We have seen over 5 coaches in the last 2 months that have had their roof blown off of the coach. It is highly recommended that you have your roof inspected regularly and sealed if needed, no matter what kind of coach you have. We would like to thank you for the great service we received at your Chino service center during April 2016. Our RV was repaired in a timely manner as promised, and the finished product was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised at pick up when the RV was washed and sparkling clean. What is the Major Service for RV?

The Major Service is performed on all motorized RVs. This service should be done yearly if you drive less than 12,000 / year.

What services are performed?

The Tech will change the engine oil and filter. Then the tech will lube the chassis, top off the chassis fluids and inspect the belts, hoses and other rubber parts. Also, the Tech change the fuel filter and air filter. He will also pressure check the radiator cap, replace the gear oil in the front wheel bearing (if equipped) and visually inspect the brake without removing the tires.
